Copper House Events
Now more than ever, we need to empower ourselves and embrace happiness. Spend a day with nationally celebrated healer, special alchemist, and inspirationalist, Cheyenne Autumn Whitehorse and New York Times bestselling cookbook author, Pam Anderson, for restorative day of movement, connection, inspiration, and celebratory cuisine at Copper House, a contemporary, boutique retreat space in Upper Bucks County.
You’ll start your day with a light, delightful breakfast around the fire at the stone circle, connecting with and befriending others. Once the group is complete, you’ll share who you are, why you’ve come and setting an intention for your day.
You’ll move to the big glass room or the deck–both floating in nature—where Cheyenne will share ways to support self as she guides you through gentle reflection and meditation, with an eclectic combination of qi gong, polarity movement, and yoga.
Relaxed and rejuvenated, you and the group will start to explore Cheyenne’s new book Two Dozen New Ways: A Simple Guide to Empowering Self and Embracing Happiness. With chapters like Release, Look for the Beauty, Reach Out, and Share the Love, you’ll start to envision a new way of being.
Ending with the chapter, Laugh out Loud, it’s time to page to chapter 18: Nourish your Body. Experience Pam’s celebratory, Planetarian way of eating, savoring the bounty of seasonal, locally-sourced and creatively prepared produce, along with baskets of hand-crafted breads.
Thoroughly refreshed and restored, you’ll return to the circle to enjoy the last few chapters of Cheyenne’s book, exploring new ways to envision, inspire and create.
It’s time for a walk through the woods at Copper House. As you move through the grounds, Cheyenne will teach you the art of centering and regrouping, both skills you can integrate into your everyday life.
It’s almost time to go, but not before some final Copper House hospitality—Pam will serve a variety of teas and specially crafted sweet treats to delight, nourish, and energize.
Reinvigorated, you’re now ready to go, equipped with two dozen new ways to empower yourself and embrace happiness.
