Dr. Bentson has devoted her life’s work to teaching people how to take a root-cause approach to health and find wellness through lifestyle. Faced with a health crisis in her early 20s, she found herself heavy with medication and light on answers. It was a search for those answers that lead her down an alternative path to become a doctor of chiropractic and pursue a passion of helping others learn that “conditions are conditional.” Her mission is to show people how to create the right conditions for their body to express their highest health potential.
Dr. Bentson also holds a master of science in nutrition and is trained & certified in functional medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine. She is a health writer, speaker, practitioner, and homeschooling (yes, homeschooling!) mom of two. She authored The Cool Girl’s Guide to the FODMAP Diet: Everything you need to get savvy about (and beat!) digestive issues. She and her husband live, work, and are raising their family in Bethlehem, PA.
