“It was the perfect getaway that combined healthy and delicious food with incredible yoga coupled with mindfulness and education. It was just the right amount of time balancing yoga practice with discussion and socializing. I made some great new friends because the size was perfect – just big enough to get to know new people but not too big to get lost. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys yoga, good food and good company!”
